The state charged defendant with driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor on a license that was revoked because of an earlier reckless driving conviction ("aggravated DUI"). After defendant entered a plea agreement in this case, a court vacated the reckless driving conviction and the Arizona Department of Transportation ("ADOT") rescinded the order revoking defendant's license.
