On October 27, 1995, Judge Janice Niemi imposed a standard range sentence, and waived imposition of all costs except for the $100 mandatory victim penalty assessment. The court also imposed a term of community supervision. But on October 30, 1995, when the written judgment and sentence was entered, it contained a provision requiring Corliss to pay an additional $511.50 in court costs, and imposed a term of community placement. Corliss did not appeal.
